Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment in all programs is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve a student’s spot in the program.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Due to the small-group structure and advance planning required, all registrations are considered final.

No refunds will be issued.

If a student is unable to attend their scheduled session, a transfer to another available session may be requested. Transfers are subject to availability and must be used within the current program season (July sessions).

No credits or refunds will be provided for missed days, schedule conflicts, or early withdrawal.

Program Changes

Creative Learning Community | Inside One Art reserves the right to make schedule adjustments, modify programming, or cancel sessions due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a transfer or credit will be offered.

Attendance & Participation

Students are expected to arrive on time and participate respectfully in all activities. The program maintains a supportive, inclusive environment for all learners.

We reserve the right to dismiss a student whose behavior disrupts the safety or experience of others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Health & Safety

Parents/guardians agree not to send their child to the program if they are ill. Any relevant medical or behavioral information that may support the student’s success in the program should be shared in advance.

Liability Waiver

By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge that participation in art activities involves the use of materials and tools. While all reasonable precautions are taken, Creative Learning Community | Inside One Art and its staff are not liable for minor injuries or incidents that may occur during participation.

Photo & Media Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing, parents/guardians grant permission for Creative Learning Community | Inside One Art to use photographs or videos of students for educational, promotional, or website purposes.

Agreement

By completing registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
